egos fed?

You see some men who find chasing girls fun
You see these men treating girls as toys
They'd rather want to be fancy free than to commit.

Tell me, if these feed their egos,
I wonder what makes men interesting
enough when they need to commit sooner or later,
in parallel to being uninteresting at a time
when they are still playing?
